I consulted with the resort to provide a scope of services in not just improving the overall customer experience in all areas of hospitality, but created an experience that helped define and distinguish their brand. Several weeks were invested in conceiving, creating, overseeing and managing a broad range of food and beverage operations and concepts. This helped design and re-shape in-house hotel operations, room service within a hotel setting, restaurants, clubs and bars. Successfully we were able to offer exceptional and high profile dining experiences that complement and enhance any renovation, re-design, new build or brand experience.
The Akyra Hotel wanted to explore a comprehensive design concept for their organization, developing everything from guest interaction with inanimate objects to subliminal messaging designed to enhance the experience and brand. After many years of designing environments from the ground up, I have been able to apply the art of context and fulfillment to ensure that everything feels right and is in total harmony with clients’ expectations.
